General description

This nighttime excursion includes biking through Corrientes Avenue, St. Colon theatre, The Obelisc, the Luna Park, Puerto Madero area, Plaza de Mayo and San Telmo area, where we'll enjoy a drink to close our nightlife Bike Tour. This excursion is mostly rolled through in bike lanes, thus avoiding traffic whenever possible.

Main points of the tour:

  • Colón Theatre.

Placed in Plaza de la República, in the very the heart of Buenos Aires, Colon Theatre is the unique, best-of breed, main Opera House in Argentina; it occupies the fifth position in the ranking of the best concert venues of the world.

  • Obelisk.

Located in Plaza de la República, in the intersection of Corrientes Avenue and 9 de Julio Avenue, the Obelisk is a national historic monument and icon of Buenos Aires.

  • Corrientes Avenue.

Known around the globe as "the street that never sleeps", important theaters on Corrientes Av. turn their luminous marquees on every night to welcome both locals and tourists to enjoy different types of spectacular shows.

  • May Square.

Since the foundation of Buenos Aires, Plaza de Mayo square has became the scenario of all important political events in Argentina.

  • Madero Harbour.

It is the newest, the most expensive and most frequently visited area by "Porteños"( as the city's inhabitants are called) and by tourists. Warehouses located in this old port have been refurbished and transformed into modern elegant restaurants, ample lofts, and superb offices which have breathtaking views of the city and of the distinctive river Rio de la Plata.

  • San Telmo.

This is the oldest barrio (neighborhood) of Buenos Aires, where aristocratic families settled down until the yellow fever epidemic broke out in 1871. As time went by, the exquisite, sophisticated houses became tenement housing (conventillos). Today this well-preserved area is a must for those who want to explore the historical heritage of the city.

We provide bycicles, helmets, medical assistance, a bottle of water and knowledgeable English-speaking guides with proven experience. In case of rain, we provide you with rain gear and the tour is only canceled if it rains heavily. Child seats available. In our tours all ages are welcome.
